Overview

Do you enjoy taking responsibility and managing a process, while continually looking for improvements? We are looking for a Prioritized Service Event (PSE) Administrator who will manage these important parts and service leads for the company. This position is intended to help enhance our Product Support coverage by using data to better target leads and opportunities. You will oversee the process of moving the leads into the sales funnel to ensure our product support team always has the highest level of actionable leads. Success in this role means that our PSE Sales funnel is continuously supplied with enough actionable leads to meet our overall growth goals while proactively serving customers.

In this role, you will work closely with the Caterpillar Digital Team to share feedback and build Milton CAT team member awareness of developments in the overall Caterpillar PSE program. This person will also work directly with the Aftermarket team to understand goals and objectives for key PSE performance metrics and sales objectives. This job is best suited for a person who is highly detailed, and data oriented with the ability to take direction while primarily working independently.

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
    Use of the CAT Aftermarket Sales Community portal to review and extract available PSEs (Prioritized Service Events).
  • Management and oversight of the parameters that determine the creation of these system- generated
  • Tracking, managing, and communicating PSE
  • Perform regular review and validation of sales orders compared to PSE leads.
  • Engagement with the Milton CAT OLGA (Opportunity Lead Generation Analyzer) Champion to understand the impact that OLGA data has in relation to
  • Work with the Database Management team to understand the relationship between customer equipment machine population, fleet activity and
  • Become an expert in related Caterpillar and Milton CAT data to better understand the opportunities and limitations in accepting and pursuing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with one to three years' experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of CRM, with Microsoft Dynamics CE experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are crucial
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to take direction and work independently but also collaborate well within various teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Caterpillar and Milton CAT staff
