Rockland Trust is currently seeking an experienced Treasury Management Deposit Officer to promote and solicit new prospect for significant deposits while creating a value proposition with Treasury Management services. Incumbent is responsible for growth in deposits via external and marketing efforts in order to achieve targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain profitable deposit relationships with new clients
• Develop and execute an effective sales strategy, implementing a formalized calling plan, generating leads and following up on referrals from clients
• Exhibit sound knowledge of Treasury Management products and services in order to create a value proposition for the deposit
• Articulate compelling value propositions to clients
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and pain points to tailor solutions effectively
• Utilize Salesforce tool to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or banking industry
• Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and treasury management services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Goal oriented mindset with a record of accomplishment of meeting and/or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools
• Ability to manage through a changing business landscape, anticipating issues and aggressively drive initiatives to ensure results
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
