JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the development, tracking, and management of project scope, schedule, costs, resource plans, issues and risks, as well as maintaining project and product quality for projects assigned.
* Develop, forecast, and manage project financial budgets on a regular basis.
* Ensure successful project integration management in AD&L, plan and monitor stakeholder management, provide clear and transparent project reporting for various audiences, lead reviews and seek approvals from identified stakeholders, and deliver effective communications on project activities.
* Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
* Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
* Engage with internal teams and vendors, and provide guidance as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* B.S. or B.A. (life sciences degree highly preferred.)
* 3-5 years of experience in project management required.
* Experience managing client-facing projects required.
* Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred.
* Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred
